When we invested, Marble was a traditional media performance measurement and analysis firm with aspirations to enter the social data analytics and insights space.
Shortly after investment, we bought out the retiring owners and led the business through a profit-driven restructure before we appointed a new MD from within.
We gradually evolved the business from its focus on traditional media performance to its position now as one of the leading agencies helping international NGOs, governments, and major brands to leverage the latest in digital intelligence.
Beaumont has supported the management team as they’ve developed the business and ensured they can access the corporate finance resources they need.
Marble is growing at 20% p.a., 88% of revenues are contracted and churn is less than 5%. During the pandemic, the team worked extensively with the WHO and others to counter the misinformation ‘infodemic’.
In November 2022 UNICEPTA, a major German based business in the sector, acquired Marble Global in a transaction that we believe will allow the management team to continue to develop the business.
